Cart before the Horse?

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “For Posterity.”

Your blog just became a viral sensation. What’s the one post you’d like new readers to see and remember you by? Write that post.

Is this a cart before the horse thing? How do I write the thing that has already made me go viral? I have to agree with Vexing Point on this one. It is a little confusing.

I don’t really want to be famous, if something I do post goes viral, so be it; obviously people either agreed with what I said, or really liked the photo I posted, or really understood a point I was trying to get across.

I guess the legacy I would like to leave is my art and my children, apart from that I am all good. In 500 years nobody will remember me or my grandchildren (who have not been born yet I might add), so what does it matter? I doubt my photos, PC or even this blog will be around in the next century, but I am getting ahead of myself there, aren’t I? If I had one post to go viral I would like it to be one of my photos from my photo blog, I always get a kick out of someone liking one of my photos, so I guess it would be a thrill if one went viral. I would hate for it to be a random rambling (like this one), that would be embarrassing…….or an old embarrassing photo someone tagged me in! THAT I would NOT like, they say what makes it’s way onto the Internet is there forever…………….is it really? My refer to my earlier point………………..PC probably wont exist in 100+ years, so will the internet?

I am not trying to be a cynic, more of a hopeful realist…………I doubt that anything I post would go viral, but if it did then here’s a pretty picture I prepared earlier
