In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Proud.”
A little late, but better than no post. Personally I have been told twice lately by my Husband he was proud of me, both for doing something extremely difficult for me physically and both involving great heights. One involved going up to the 60th floor of Sky City Tower, the other was climbing Mount Sunday!.
It’s been a while since I was told professionally; some time ago, my boss told me he was proud of the work that I had done on some new packaging. But He is not really one for much praise, normally if you get a ‘good job’ that’s fairly high praise in itself.
My Parents? They seem to tell me all the time, that they are proud of various accomplishments – but then parents are usually biased when it comes tho their children, right?
