This is my new Baby…………need to give it an appropriate name, don’t you think? Any suggestions? I am thinking Betty Boo (sort of rhymes with Subaru lol). And Yes! It had the big red ribbon on it when I went to pick it up…….isn’t she so bright and shiny ! lol
So now armed with a new SUV, my knee fixed and warmer weather on it’s way, the Wedding finally over; I thought I would take a few minutes to make a bucket list of places I want to visit and things I want to see and do over the next few months.
- Mornington Peninsula Take 3 (or is that 4); Blairgowrie Back beach No. 16, Mount Martha Beach, Dromana Beach, McCrae. [There are several dog beaches and I want to take my fur babies to the beach]
- Great Ocean Road – Warrnambool, Apollo Bay, Portland (lighthouses people, lighthouses, oh and ship wrecks!) We’re all set to go just before Christmas – can’t wait!
- Abbotsford Convent
- Werribee Park Mansion(Inside) & Zoo
- Melbourne Zoo
- Healesville Sanctuary
- Melbourne Tram Museum
- Melbourne (Peninsula) Quarantine Station
- Kamesburg Gardens
- Clovelly Gardens
- Alfred Nicholas Gardens
- Blue Lotus Gardens
So I wonder how many I get to do, I have 3 weeks off over Christmas (so does Moth), so hopefully we can get a lot of these done. I already have so many things in the pipework, need to catch up on some editing for some posts! Honestly between pics of the Wedding, tomorrow we have the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Festival, then The Zombie Shuffle (coming soon), Sunsets, Boardwalks, and so many more…………yep you got it back to being only slightly Manic!! Can’t wait.
So, what have you got lined up for Summer (or Winter)? Til Next time, happy snapping………

I think “Sable” would be a fine name. I just recently used it as the name of a sword in a story of mine, and it came to mind when I saw the photo.

Then again, one should name their own car without outside interference . . . it forms a more intimate bond.
