We actually between one thing and another spent most of the weekend in the City, on Halloween we had planned on spending the Night at Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Festival: however we were severely let down, it was primarily just a House Dancer Party. We hung around for a little while, spoke to some people, watched the face painting, took some photos, and then left. Where was the Mexican food, music, art, culture, alter for the gift to the dead? Money poorly spent it seems, oh well you only live once! Moth and I were already dressed up so we decided to wander the streets to see what we could find!
Zombies! Lots and lots of Zombies, Melbourne is currently under attack, COD Fans flocked to Federation Square (and we followed). There were buskers and street performers and people everywhere, it was one of those rare warm, humid spring evenings (more like summer) and everyone was out to enjoy it.
Til next time, happy snapping………..

Great shots!! I was wondering what an Aussie Day of the Dead would look like. Love the zombie attack and those painted faces.

I’m still curious why you call him “Moth”… i might have missed something from your blog. hahaha!
Wait, you should have brought me during a zombie attack… I’m an expert in killing these ghouls! Philippines is famous for having lots of zombies working in the government eating Filipinos alive who are trying to earn a living…!
