Studio Shoots; from Dead Bodies to Giant Evil Rabbits and Fallen Angels…

I honestly don’t even know where to start on this one, I guess it needs a little explanation. I posted a shot of my Evil Giant Rabbit, Edward Hyde, Dapper Dan, Dapper Rabbit, White Rabbit – he seems to be collecting names, a few weeks back. Anyway I have been working on some more images for this concept, he has been up to no good and now he has a dead body to deal with. He might be very Victorian and all charm in his new suit, but this guy is serious bad news, and completely out of his league. I am shooting stuff sort out of sequence and my plan is to perhaps put it all in a book or something, when I am done.So recently I coerced Moth (aka Hubby) and my youngest daughter (the body) to come play with me in the studio again…….here is a few BTS shots….cat (Zorro) included free of charge.

So I guess that explains the dead bodies and giant evil rabbits…….the rest? Well Fallen Angels is something I have wanted to do for a little while, not any one in particular, just the idea. I have done a Fairy Princess/ Good Angel, so I wanted to explore the darker side, I also have an interest in a Wiccan type scenario, even snuck in some levitation shots…….have not really done them before, and am still learning.

Anyway so I spent pretty much the whole weekend and even into the week, setting up the studio, shooting and then the edits………I promise I will show the finished stuff eventually, but for now, just a few behind the scenes shots.
