Regular Random – Rose, five minutes with my Macro

Last week I posted my Regular Random with a Gerbera, I also shot a rose and saved it for this week.

• choose a subject or a scene
• spend five minutes photographing it – no more!
• try to see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
• have fun!

Apricot Rose

Same table, same lighting, same black perspex, and a very pretty rose! I was quite pro-active (or is that cheating?) and took a few different flowers one after the other and spent quite a pleasant morning.

Desley posted her’s last night, due to our workshop today, I was happy to wait, but it is scheduled as she is quite right, that we are currently very busy with today’s Pixel Sister Studio Fine Art Conceptual Portrait workshop.
