Regular Random – Timber Scotch Box

I recently picked up this gorgeous timber scotch box, possibly a replica, as it only cost me $5.00, so I really didn’t care, I just wanted it. What is a Scotch Box? It is what they used to transport bottles of scotch in, all lined up and then nailed shut, probably stuffed with straw to prevent breakage. Kind of like a mini tea chest.

This wasn’t my only find for the day, but perhaps I will leave that for next week?
