I decided to go quite literal with this week’s challenge, although I was debating going another direction, hasn’t it been said that Eyes are the Window to the Soul? Well I have plenty of images of eyes but decided that for once I would show windows, all but they last are on wonderful buildings in and around my marvelous Melbourne, the last is a windowless shell from a building in Silverton a mere ghost town in NSW.

I really like the first one.

All good choices Julz – I had the same “which way to go” challenge but like you went with a traditional approach! Lovely post.

I like all of these. Interesting windows and of course Flinders St Station and the St Kilda Pier Kiosk are favourites. I’ve seen many similar buildings to the Silverton one in the northern parts of South Australia especially in the southern Flinders Ranges. I like the old car and the big sky. Ruins are so interesting to photograph.
