Share your world – 17th October 2017

If you had to move to a country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why? Oh, that one is easy, New Zealand, I love the country, the people, the lakes, rivers, beaches, and mountains. I love the views, the traditions and culture. It is similar to Australia in some ways, but so very different in others. I felt very much ‘at home’ in NZ and have been VERY keen to go back. Failing NZ, I guess if I was to move States, rather than countries, I would move to QLD for better weather and less people.

What color would you like your bedroom to be? Happy wife, happy life, right? Since we moved to this house 16 years ago, our bedroom has been white, then red, then blue (I adored the blue, rich dark and calming), it is now pale grey, also soothing and comforting.

What makes you Happy? Make a list of things in your life that bring you joy. Moth, my daughters (and son in law), my animals, my friends, photography, travel, sleep, digital art – all in no particular order.

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination. I am suffering from sensory overload this last two weeks. We traveled to Bali and spent two mostly exhausting weeks exploring the Island. It made me appreciate our western way of life and how well off we are to be able to do the things we do. I also appreciate the simple things in life, you do not NEED all this stuff to enjoy life and be happy. We live in a totally amazing planet, full of wondrous sights, animals, and people…sometimes it is the simple things that can make your heart sing.
