I ‘borrowed’ some hydrangea blossoms on a recent outing and they have been patiently waiting and drying in the studio, two of the three, was not brilliant, but one little head had dried nicely. This was the subject of my 5 minutes for Regular Random. Using late afternoon natural side light, shot with my Sony @7ii and 50mm prime and macro using the 16mm extension tube.
They all got my dark and moody 1 stop under treatment, love, love love.
Want to join us? Here’s how:
- choose a subject or a scene
- spend five minutes photographing it – no more!
- try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
- have fun!
- tag your post #regularrandom and pingback to this or Desley’s post
It is lovely to just be sometimes, breathe and take five minutes to enjoy some peace and quiet and solitude with my camera.
