It’s actually a bit of a topsy-turvy world at the moment (read more here), plus I have woken up this morning with head-cold………aaaaaaaacccccccckkkk, is there anything that makes you feel more miserable (rhetorical and an overreaction – again see read more here. As much as my woes are not life-threatening and I have much to be grateful for, I just feel out of sorts. So please excuse my lacklustre comments for Cee’ questions this week.
If a distant uncle dies and you were always his favourite and leaves you $50,000 (any currency) in his will, what would you do?
What sound or sounds do you love? Waves crashing, children or animals playing, camera clicking, coffee brewing, silence.
What’s your middle name? Why? Ann – no E. I have no idea why, I think it is just a family name, my Eldest daughter has the same middle name.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination. I am usually grateful for a lot of things, this week has pushed my boundaries a little. But I am thankful for modern medicine helping where it can and easing the suffering of those it can’t. I am grateful for my family and friends who rally when times are tough. I am grateful for my friends, who can still make me smile and laugh, even though my heart is hurting. I am grateful for the simple joys in life when times are tough, and being reminded of what really is important in this life.
Just remember to take out for yourself and daydreaming, we cannot be all things to all people.
I have no idea if I just made that up or if I heard it somewhere, but it still applies.
