Share Your World – 29th May 2018

If you were to pack a basket for picnic lunch, what would be in your basket? It really does depend on the type of picnic. See if it is our usual grab something to eat while on a bushwalking photo excursion it is often a sandwich or premade bowl of chicken and salad, a muesli bar and maybe an apple or banana. If it is a long leisurely picnic in the park (or backyard) we often grab a bbq chicken and some salads, dips and biscuits (or crackers), spiced sausage, fruit salad.

On a vacation what you would require in any place that you sleep? A Bed! Again it all depends if I am camping (thankfully that is rare), a bed, warm sleeping bag, food, campfire, but it must have the BEST VIEW and no hotel accommodation available! Preferably with amazing sunsets and sunrise.

But generally, I stay in a Hotel, on the recent trip to Tasmania we stayed in anything from 3-star to 4-star, I must admit I prefer 4 – 5 Stars with a bar, king sized bed, spa and massage options (like we had in Bali). Room service is optional, but a great bar and restaurant in the hotel is a must. Also, I like a really good shower, too often when we travel the showers are terrible.

If you were to buy a new house/apartment what is the top three items on your wish list? Nice big shower, and spa or large tub in ensuite. Big Bedrooms (ours are too small), large living area and media room. Large office area, plus a great outdoor entertaining area, similar to what we have now. I would also love a Barn! I am dreaming of a barn I can turn into a studio space, just need a property big enough to put it on. With a bathroom and small kitchenette, a changing area and makeup room, as well as two dedicated shooting area…don’t ask much, do I?

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.

I have mentioned several times about my Dapper Rabbit Exhibit opening, you are all possibly sick of hearing about it. I am very grateful to a few very good friends who turned up to support me, I had hoped a for more may come, but life happens…I get it. It was a lovely day, with a lovely group of friends, and my ever supportive Hubby by my side. I love the following quote and used it this week on my IG Feed for #MondayMantra I truly believe that generally, I give it all I’ve got.
