This week’s questions from Mel at Sparks

The Questions This Week:

Do you prefer Apple (‘I’ products) or Android for your technology ‘fix’?   Without a doubt, it has to be Android (and PC), I know people are totally loyal to iOS, but I cannot fathom the attraction. At the risk of offending anyone, they are slower (in general) and seem to have lots of bugs (yeah I know Android and PC have their issues too), but it is almost like a cult situation and they are being held hostage. Oops, did I overstep my boundaries 😛

What’s something on your personal bucket list? Something I have been super keen to do for a few years now is to go back to New Zealand to explore more of both the North and the South Island, I only spent 4 days in the North in 2015, so next Feb I am going back for 3 weeks to explore further, cannot wait.

Another item on my local bucket list is the National Rhododendron Gardens (every Spring I say I am going to visit, but have not) and Mallacoota and Gabo Island up on the border between NSW and Victoria.

What would you name your boat if you had one?   The Unsinkable 3? The Please Don’t Sink? Your choice! Also, what would it look like? Do you want a motor yacht, a sailboat, or perhaps a dinghy? No secret that I love the ocean, I enjoy sailing, but I have never wanted one, well not really. We had a little Hobie Cat when we were kids, but it was more effort than it was worth and we rarely had it in the water.  When the more moves me I go on a cruise, but the smaller intimate ones, usually on a sailboat, I adore Tall Ships and Catamarans. The peace and quiet, the wind flapping in the sails – heaven. But if I had the funds lying around doing nothing I guess I could get one, and a crew, but what would I call it? Honestly, neither of those titles, more like “Jealous Much?”

Which fictional character would be the most boring to meet in real life? Mmmm fictional character? Elmer Fudd? I am not sure why, but it is the only boring character I can think of, or maybe Pluto. Neither of them is very exciting, it is the supporting characters that make the story. Can you imagine Elmer Fudd without Bugs Bunny? Not very exciting, I expect as a real person he would not be much better. Perhaps other people have come up with better answers.

And finally:

What brought gratitude, a smile or laughter to your life this week? This weekend just gone, I went to visit a photographer friend a few hours away, we were joined by my main model Jess and makeup artist Emma, another model Blade and we had a fabulous creative weekend of shooting and laughter, so many different themes and styles we tried, it was fun and exhausting, but it allowed me to completely take my mind off other troubles and concentrate purely on what was happening.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

I hope you are having an amazing week, I am playing catch up at work…
