Mondays Musings…

Moth worked nights last week, it does not happen very often, but when it does it tends to throw everything out of schedule…but I did manage to get a lot of work done, as I could work in the evenings without feeling guilty 🙂 Most of my work was paperwork or writing articles, and blog posts, a few mini photo shoots for articles and such.

I did spend a bit of time with a friend in the evenings, cooking, chatting and watching a couple of movies, a Star is Born – OK but not worth the rave reviews, Crazy Rich Asians, which was OK too, actually I did quite enjoy it -but not at all what I thought it would be.

Friday was spent working and setting up for my First Workshop for the year, which was great fun, with four brand new students. True newbies make things a little challenging, but it is always great fun watching them learn and start to grasp things, the joy it brings to both them and myself, very rewarding. I have two more workshops already booking up for the next two months as well, both something entirely new for me.

I did manage to spend a little bit of time before and after the class to play a little, but have not had time to go through all the images as yet, but I do love this one a Retro Pink Rose with water droplets in Macro

I have a private studio session with another photographer this week, something we have been planning for a while, I also have another session in a few weeks with a Cook, plus Jess and I have just started planning a new Conceptual Shoot, it’s been months since I did one of those!

I will post some more lovely Still Life pics this week, I will also feature some new work I have done with Light Painting with Still Life, always fabulous.

Almost forgot 2nd Issue of Awake Photography Magazine just come out and I have several images featured, pages 47, 64, 67 & 71, go grab a cuppa and have a look.
