I finally had some free time to myself in the studio and decided that I really wanted to play with some Light Painting, Light Sculpting, whatever you would like to call it. Essentially it involves me sitting in a dark studio and over the period of a minute or two, lighting my subject with a LED Penlight, highlighting all the details. It can be loads of fun, and calming, almost like a form of meditation; actually, I find most Still Life photography is like that.
Over the next few weeks, I would like to feature a few of the images I captured.
