On a recent outing to Cloudehill gardens, I was completely captivated by this flower, I could not find a tag in the flower bed and sadly a Google image search said it was either a Blackeyed Susan or an African Daisy; somehow I do not think either is correct…hopefully someone within my friends will know? Anyway, such a beautiful flower, interesting buds and foliage. (And no I did not ask at the front desk, they were sooooo busy). Anyway, I spent a delightful five minutes with this beauty, my 50mm macro and my light ring, love the deep shadows it gives me, as well as the pop of colour
Would you like to join in the RegularRandom crew? Here’s how:
- choose a subject or a scene
- spend five minutes photographing it – no more!
- try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
- have fun!
- tag your post #regularrandom and ping back to this post
Desley has been teasing us with gorgeous images of a Raspberry Cronut (OMG looks so good!) – go check them out.
