Between Easter and ANZAC Day we had nearly ten days of straight, it was heaven, I managed to get loads of work done, as well as loads of fun. Some weeks my life feels like a crazy roller coaster and others feel so mundane, I get time to catch my breath. Last week it was cooking with Chef Judy in lovely peace and calm, then shooting tanks crushing cars (will show images soon – I promise), Thursday Hubby and I headed out to the Mornington Peninsula for a wonderful day or Heritage Gardens, food and beach.
Friday was spent with a friend, in freezing, wild and wet conditions, we went out for lunch (got soaked on the way back to the car), went to a Vintage Market (got soaked on the way from the car). Spent many hours wandering the stalls in the huge emporium! Grabbed a coffee and just chatted, so nice to just ‘BE’with your friends, nice and easy and relaxed and so many laughs.
Saturday was spent catching up on boring things like housework, food shopping and washing, but we did go out for a wonderful Mexican meal and ate way too much 🙂
Sunday arrived still a little chilly, but not as cold and wet as it had been, which was great, as we headed up to Warburton Redwood Forest for a Cosplay shoot, a real get together with Zelda, Star Wars, Marvel & DC characters and so many more I can’t remember or name…oh and some Vikings!
Trust me, plenty more images coming on this one…but it may take a while, I feel like there is a bit of a backlog happening, don’t worry I have plenty of things for you to look at this week.
I hope to have a fairly quiet week, before yet another busy weekend, with not one but two workshops on Saturday! I will probably spend Sunday recovering.
Whatever you do, I hope you have an amazing week…
