Regular Random – Tulips

I normally associate Spring with tulips, and it is possible that these are being brought in from the Northern Hemisphere, but here in Australia it is late Autumn, almost Winter. In fact, Winter is only a few weeks off 😦 I have been seeing lots of tulips in shops this last few weeks, I spotted these pretty pink and apricot coloured ones and had to get them for my Mom, just to brighten her day a bit. Of course, I could not resist five minutes with my camera before I handed them over, it was such pretty light too.

try to not interfere with the subject, instead see it from many angles, look through something at it, change the light that’s hitting it
