In the Studio – Wine & Cheese #2

Yesterday I featured the studio shot I created while spending a few hours in the studio with Hubby the other day. He had an idea for a Still Life image (not his usual genre) for some wine and cheese…he just needed my creative touch…this was the ‘after’ shot.

Wine and Cheese – letting it breathe, Sony a7ii, 50mm, F/14, ISO100, 55 seconds

This was created in the dark with a torch and we ‘painted’ the light over the image. We had cut some of the cheeses (Hubby ate some) and opened the wine to let it breathe.

This was a particularly challenging shot and it required many takes to create the final image…still I am quite happy with it. I have got a lovely emoji from Wente winery claiming they loved the images as well, so that is always nice!
