Cooking up a storm

I have been cooking up a storm recently and loving every minute of it, the other week it was cakes and desserts, this time totally tomato related; bruschetta, cherry tomato and chorizo penne, avocado on toast (with blistered tomatoes), and so much more. I try and cook at least one thing, if not two every week and then photograph it, I also video the behind the scenes creation, styling and studio set up and then, of course, the final images and edit. I have been putting together a second food photography class, as the first one – For the love of Food, was SO much fun and everyone who did it so far, raves about how good it was.
