Our S.A. coastal adventure – day 6 part 1

Day 6

Another early pre-dawn start to shoot sunrise at Remarkable Rocks in Flinders Chase National Park, driving in these areas can be dangerous with Kangaroos, wallabies and Cape Barron Geese continually bounding across the roads in the dark, many animals have been sadly hit, thankfully no one in our group hit any, not only is it bad for the animal, they can do some serious damage to cars and people! We arrived just before sunrise and captured the sun coming up, not the most amazing sunrise, but still very peaceful and calm. I have not done a sunrise shoot in a long time, it was wonderful to watch it come up out of the ocean and light up those wonderful moss-covered granite rocks. It truly is Remarkable! We spent a few hours here amongst the boulders before the tourists started arriving and we needed breakfast and coffee!

As it turned out, this was not our only visit here, but you will have to wait for that.
