In the studio – The Night Circus

The Night Circus is a book written by  Erin Morgenstern, according to Wikipedia, however, I am sure it has been around longer than 2011, with both Supernatural and Torchwood (TV Shows) I am sure to have done an offshoot or spinoff of. Basically, there is a magical circus that magically appears and disappears in a random location. There are sirens who lure in unwary travellers and they awake in an empty field the next morning unaware of WHAT transpired the night before. There is more to the story than this, but for our VPC Group Conceptual shoot for Halloween 2019, this is enough.

Four models (three bewitching clowns) and Pennywise from Stephen King’s IT. To be honest, I am not sure exactly what he had to do with the main theme, but nobody cared, as he was really cool and creepy. We even out him in a drain with a red balloon! We had five completely different staged venues or sets. There was also at least 10 (if not a few more) photographers, plus the organisers of the two sessions (AM and PM), organised chaos to be sure, but always loads of fun.
