Last post I told you all about the weekends photographic challenges my group was doing. Most have been fun…not so much this latest one. Hard on the back, knees and eyes.
So we got a sheet of glass (we took the image out of a frame), cleaned it and treat it with rain repellant, then placing it over our subject and pray with water to catch refraction in the water drops. Not the easiest thing in the world to do. We tried coloured pencils and the chocolate freckles, we were going to do M&Ms too, but gave up and just ate them lol. Here is my miserable attempt.
I ended up trying a different approach and shooting through water drops on plant stems and had a little more luck with that. Macro really can be quite difficult at times.
