Share your world – 30th September 2020

It’s hard to believe that September is pretty done and dusted, we have been living with this Pandemic for six months now and things are slowly, seemingly coming back under control. Of course, that could be a false sense of control? But then, often life is a false sense of control anyway, right? Oh well…let’s move onto to Melanie’s SYW questions, shall we?

Questions:

Where do you feel most at home?  Please be more specific than “at home, doh” please. It could be a room in your home, a person, a location…    The most? Mmmm probably the office or the studio. I certainly spend most of my time in the office. So I have made it very comfortable. But I also like spending time in the lounge, but my chair isn’t that comfy anymore. Maybe need to look at buying a new lounge?

Would you rather ride a bike, ride a horse, or drive a car?     Many years ago, I would have said a horse, but these days it’s a car all the way. I am not that fit, I am also not that able to move around freely. I doubt I could even get on a horse. I struggle with the exercise bike, would never go out on the roads again.

What song would you sing on “Karoke Night” (if you were forced to do so)?    I will survive, by Gloria Gaynor, was the first that popped into my head, so I guess I will go with that?

University or life experience, which do you feel best prepares you for life?  I didn’t do the whole university thing, my daughters both did. And so far, have not used their degrees! So I think life experience prepares you better for life for sure.

IT’S AN ATTITUDE – GRATITUDE!

What are you grateful for? I’m grateful it’s Spring, I am grateful our Covid numbers are dropping. I am grateful we have warmer weather coming. I am grateful for my gardens…

I found this sweet ladybug in my weeping cherry blossom tree…I have not see one for a long time

I hope you have a safe and sane week…
