Share your world – 4th December 2020

December 1st (well when I started writing this post)…can you believe it? It’s been one hell of a roller coaster year, but I think the worst is now behind us in Australia, hope we can keep it that way. Things are looking pretty rosy from where I sit. So another week, another round of SYW Questions

What would you enjoy if you could do so without someone getting annoyed with you for enjoying it?  It MUST be something you aren’t supposed to enjoy because it is “bad for you”. According to my Doctor…everything lol. Coffee, wine, chocolate, cookies…cake I have not had cake in a long time, does that count? Why is it that everything nice seems to be bad for you. I wish I enjoyed exercise and salad, as much as I enjoy Netflix and junk food!

Is it okay for men to wear the colour pink? Sure why not. If men are comfortable in their masculinity they should be perfectly OK in pink. Women often wear blue. I mean they are just colours.

Can you curl your tongue? You know, I used to be able to…I just tried and I can no longer seem to do it as well, I can still do it, just not as easily. Must be a supple muscle things and I don’t have many of those these days lol

What, in your opinion, is the best room to put a fireplace? oohhh tricky. I’d love one in the bedroom (if the bedroom as plenty big enough). I always thought one in the bathroom would be kind of nice too. I’ve never had one, so not really sure. In the lounge area is kind of nice too (My friends have a wood heater in their lounge). But then my Mother in Law (way back when hubby and I were dating) had a fire in the kitchen, it was lovely and warm on cold mornings. All too hard, can’t pick!

I was feeling a little frustrated and not very gratitude-y, earlier in the week…long story, but it’s weird that someone else’s views can suddenly knock you off your pedestal and make you lose you rose-coloured glasses. It took another friend to make me realise that my mood should not be dictated by someone else’s self-doubt and pity fest. So feeling a bit more up-beat than I did earlier. Have been working on some small projects and writing a few articles for software and stuff.

I hope you are having an awesome week, stay safe…
