I guess I kind of fell off the planet for a while there, not that anything is wrong as such, just had nothing left to say. Melbourne has one the number one spot for the longest and harshest lockdown IN THE WORLD. I’m bored and frustrated and just blah. So I sort of turned off social media for a bit and turned inward. Read books, watched movies, sat in the sun with the dogs and meditated. All good things. Just got so sick of all the negativity and bitching. So I am back for a bit…onto this week’s SYW.
QUESTIONS:
How do you feel about sharing your computer or phone password with your partner? Doesn’t bother me, as long as it’s not all the time…well sharing the PC I mean. We each have our own, it’s just easier that way. But we still know each other’s passwords and stuff. Well I’m supposed to know it, hubby’s is complicated and I keep forgetting his phone one lol.
What is the greatest struggle you’ve overcome? Without going into details, getting over myself and overcoming imposter syndrome.
If heaven is real and you died tomorrow, do you think you would get in? Why or why not? If it is real? I can’t see why not. I try to be a good person, that’s about all anyone can do isn’t it? You can only control your actions to events, not the events themselves.
What makes you feel like you really need to be alone? People. I don’t like large crowds, silly isn’t it. I do Events and Public Speaking, I used to really hate it, but thanks to this lockdown and Zoom, I am slowly getting over myself…until I have to speak in person again, and then I guess it’s nervous freak-out city again, lol. But seriously as much as I do enjoy that side of things, I find afterwards I need down time to re charge my batteries.
GRATITUDE:
Do you have any traditions around this time of year? No, not really. We do not really celebrate Halloween nor Thanksgiving, we had the AFL grand final (which I don’t follow). I do like having my Halloween themed studio shoots, sadly that probably wont happen again this year either, or if it does it will be on the small side.
I did manage to leave the house this week and visited a Botanic Gardens not too far from home, we had some lovely sunshine and warmth before the horrible Spring weather returned Sunday evening.

Have a good week,
~ Julz
Thanks, Julz, for Sharing Your World! The kangaroo paw photo is beautiful! I’ve never seen that plant before, but it does rather resemble wee kangaroo paws! How lovely for you to be going into Spring instead of Winter (like we are). This Autumn hasn’t been too bad , it actually feels like Autumn this time, which has been absence for a few years now. Nothing wrong with having to refuel after interacting with a group of people. Introverts are awesome, we just keep that fact to ourselves! 😄 Have a fantastic week Julz, and here’s to hope for a let up on the lockdown situation! That must be getting really really old. But at least I hope it’s keeping Covid from spreading all over like it is doing here.

Thanks. Sadly we have just had our highest covid cases, which is much lower than other areas of the world but still concerning. Ppl keep breaking the rules and having protests which is causing more outbreaks
