Share my world – 14th October 2021

I’m slowly coming back out of hibernation, I guess that’s what you could call it. I dropped the ball on many social media platforms, especially this blog. I just felt I was saying the same crap over and over, there was no point. So the sun is now shining the days are getting warmer, we have daylight savings time and I have slowly been back out exploring my area, within my 25km zone.

So let’s jump into this week’s SYW questions;

What is the scariest game (board or on-line) you ever may have played? Ouija board, maybe? I don’t think I have ever really played a scary board game. There used to be a game around years ago, Nightmare, is was sort of fun and adrenalin based, and occasionally made you jump with unexpected sounds, but not really scary as such.

What’s just ‘over the rainbow” for you? Assuming by ‘over the rainbow’ is what you wish for, then I guess coming out of this infernal lockdown. But also other things, I would love to be more of an advocate for a few companies (photography related, of course). I wish to travel. I wish to build my brand and my reach further. I love to be able to teach and help people, love to do that for more people.

Do you have to watch something upbeat after watching a suspense or horror movie so you can go to sleep? Totally, however I rarely watch that type of movie, but occasionally I have been caught and then I need to totally distance myself before going to bed.

Is there intent behind every action? No I think some people just act on impulse, occasionally I think we all tend to do that. But even when there is intent, not everyone’s intentions are the same. I mean people think they are doing the right thing, but it’s not always for the right reasons. But then there are so many people who just don’t think before they act, when they really should.

Spring is upon us, the days are longer and warmer (here in Australia at least). The rains are gentle (for the moment) and there is new growth everywhere. My restrictions have eased to 25kms and can visit a few of my favourite gardens, and have been. In 10 days we are on track for another easing and I can finally get a haircut! A week after that we will hopefully be able to see family and friends in real life, even visit each other at home. We can hopefully put the last year of so behind us and move forward.

I hope you all have a lovely week…
