Recently Hubby and I visited the McClelland Sculpture Park, it’s not far, but we have never been there before. It’s been open for 50 years! So one Sunday morning we decided to go for a wander.
It’s only $6.00 for entry and we spent several hours here. It’s a huge park filled with all sorts of wonders. Their purpose is to promote, educate and allow the public to experience sculpture and contemporary art in an Australian environment. There is a cafe and indoor gallery (which we didn’t venture into) and lots of walking trails.
We never even sore it all, footsore, we grabbed a coffee and cake and then headed home, vowing to come back for another visit soon, to see the rest.
