Share your world – 19th July 2022

It’s been another busy week, followed by a three-day weekend. Sadly the weather was so wet and bitterly cold to do much. So some much-needed housework and then couch time with Netflix. Yesterday was family day, we all took the day off and went to the Museum to see an Ancient Greek exhibit that is currently on display. Interesting, but not very big. We wandered through the museum, the dinosaurs and the Triceratops exhibit. We then decided to head in to see The Lume, truly stunning. Then lunch and home. Just nice to spend time with the family.

So on to this week’s SYW questions...

QUESTIONS:

In one sentence, how would you sum up the internet? My life saver, honestly I don’t know what I would do without it. It’s how I run my business, both online and in-person. Social media keeps me connected.

Is true beauty subjective or objective? The definition is objective. I don’t see beauty as beautiful as such. I am a women’s photographer. They are all beautiful in their own way. But honestly, I prefer to see people as beautiful on the inside, than on the outside. But perhaps as that’s because I am no classic ‘beauty’ myself!

How many chickens would it take to kill an elephant?  (like last week, I threw this one in for lightening things up a bit.  There is no ‘right or wrong ‘ answer – just have fun with it). Well after living with a neighbour who has chickens and occasionally roosters, I’d rather the chickens died! Noisy little blighters!

If your five-year-old self suddenly found themselves inhabiting your current body, what would your five-year-old self do first? Go on a spending spree with my credit card. Eat my entire chocolate stash. Spend a great deal of time playing video games, watching TV till really late and playing with the dog.

GRATITUDE:

What’s an aspect of your personality that you’re grateful for? Definitely my imagination and creativity. It has always stopped me from being bored, it totally helps with my business model and apparently makes me fun to be around.

Alice and the Mad Hatter

I’m off to shoot the Mad Hatter for a client tomorrow, so that should be fun. So I thought I’d randomly select one I shot awhile ago, just for fun

I hope you all have a lovely week,

~ Julz, xo
