In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Today Was a Good Day.”
We got up at 3:3am, for a 4:30am pick up, for a 4 hour drive out to King’s Canyon in Australia’s Northern Territory. It was tiring, exhausting and the walk to get to the creek bed was hot and dusty, but to get view’s like this…………all in all I consider it a good day.

Yeah, getting up early…worth it!

Beautiful and definitely worth it! I’ll add King’s Canyon to our list of places to visit (I haven’t been to the Northern Territory yet – WA is so big and also very photogenic). Hiking is a good workout when you’re also carrying heavy camera equipment, but so worth it!
