For this week’s Travel Theme of Creative, I thought instead of featuring others being creative, I would whistle my own tune and show a few composite digital art pieces I created recently. Mermaid Dreaming is actually my Shift Art Challenge piece for March.

Both images involve an extraction of the main model, who has been cartoon’ed or given a painted looked and then blended with various backgrounds and textures and had special effects added to them. Enjoy
