So far I have featured two of the wonderful Food shoots I did with Chef Judy in the studio, she came to learn about lighting and styling, but I think I learned a lot too about prep and serving and little tips and tricks, like making chocolate rose leaves and drizzling chocolate over desserts and such, without the headache. Great ideas for plating and decorating food…so much fun.

Mmmmm – the lighting looks like it was good and the chocolate exquisite! And your post comment about how it was a bit much for you and the disgusted reminded me that not all chocolate is the same – and we have different needs for it at different times –
