I have this fabulous bright red backdrop, which I ordered for a workshop that is running soon but got postponed so many times it’s not funny. Anywhooooo, I have been dying to use it on SOMETHING and when Em said she was coming over I quickly grabbed two outfits (black and white) and threw this red poppy headband together (it was so hastily made it was falling apart before we finished shooting). But doesn’t it look fantastic?
I think I prefer black, but what do you think…black or white against red? I’d love to reshoot this and have some truly dramatic makeup, Em just put on red lippy and already had her normal natural makeup on.
That’s about it for Emily for the moment, I am back in the studio with flowers this week!

I think the white makes her fade. The combination of black and red sort of frame her and make her stand out.

Totally, I agree on the white, still looks OK but when compared to the black which pops, right?
