I added some lavender to my garden two years ago and it uis just getting to a size where the scent takes over some days.

I used to have two plants on either side of the front door, it smelt divine, however, I eventually got annoyed with all the bees, I know it is their right and I should never have planted so close to the door. I now only have a native garden

I keep my garden of lavender to the side of the house. My sister used to have giant lavender on her porch and you are right…Oh my the bees!
