Wow, such a weekend, the weather was heaven and I could not bear to be inside, Friday I spent all day playing in the studio, so much fun, just pottering around, getting things organised for my new online class – My Sunday Stills, check it out, there is an opt-in to join the class, it’s not too late, fabulous if you love photography, especially Still Life, flowers or macro.
Saturday morning I had a fabulous Medieval Styled Shoot at the Warburton Redwoods Forest, with Hayley and her 13-month-old Irish Wolf Hound, Tizzy, very Maid Marion don’t you think?
We finished off with brunch in Warburton at the Bakery (yummo). We then came home briefly, unpacked and then re-packed and headed off in the opposite direction and headed down the coast to Kilcunda and then Daylston for Sunset, sadly no clouds, but it was a glorious afternoon at the beach, after spending the morning in the mountains. I love that I can go from one extreme to the other in such a short amount of time where I live.

Sunday we headed off with a friend to a Lavender Farm, sadly not much colour so we opted for some country markets, had a few fabulous cheap finds too. I love scouring these markets to see what treasures I can find. I also love the farmers’ markets as well, all sorts of wonderful thing things to try and buy. Then back into Warburton, of all places and did the Rain Forest Gallery Walk, followed by a lovely brunch back in Warburton (not the Bakery this time) and then slowly made our way home, footsore, tired and 100s of photos to edit, so that’s my week ahead 🙂
I must admit my legs are quite sore this morning, we did so much walking, but I slept so well last night. All that fresh air and sunshine, so good for the mind, body and soul.
I hope whatever you are up to, you have a fabulous week, I hope to enjoy some more fabulous sunshine before the predicted rains hit later this week.
