Share Your World – 5th December 2017

I am still struggling to get my head around the fact that it is December, it’s supposed to be Summer and we have the heater on, yet a week ago we had the A/C because it was hot, no climate change here folks 😛

So we are back for another dose of Cee’s SYW, here are this week’s questions

What household chore do you absolutely hate doing? Pretty much all of them, housework is boring and mundane and constantly in need of doing. Some things I refuse to do, either my husband does them or they don’t get done (if I had my way I would have a housekeeper again), ironing, cleaning the shower and bath, lawn mowing, hand washing dishes, cleaning out the gutters. Pretty much everything else I will do, don’t enjoy it and grumble about it, but I will still do it.

At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive? When I have a camera in my hand and I am in the studio or out and about exploring, then I am passionate and alive.

How many times have you moved in the last ten years? None, we moved into this house January 2001 and have not moved since, and we were in the house before that 10 years. I like a nice stable home environment, I hate packing up and moving, I find it very stressful.

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination. On Saturday I was left on my own, it was wonderful. No one visited, or called or emailed, no one was at home. I got to sleep in and spend most of the day in my PJs, I got so much work done, listened to my music and created some wonderful art. I rarely get days to myself. It was wet and cold outside, and I had no intention of being out in that. Sometimes you just need to recharge your batteries.

I hope you all have an amazing week…
